Kiosk results recognise high quality workshop service

Customer feedback kiosks installed in every VLS maintenance workshop are showing high levels of satisfaction amongst fleet customers.  Asked to rate their satisfaction with the service provided by VLS, the average score in the last six months was 91%.

Paul Russell, VLS commercial manager, commented: “Our customers have really engaged with the opportunity to provide feedback and rate our service levels while visiting the workshops. The kiosks enable us to reach fleet users on an ongoing basis and¬†measure customer satisfaction so we can ensure the customer experience continues to be first class.”
