Customer Area Features

Web Portal

The VLS Web Portal allows users to get information about their vehicle or fleet of vehicles 24 hours a day, from wherever you are in the world. There are three available portals in this section - basic vehicle details enquiry, vehicles currently in workshop and maintenance history providing a range of information and reporting capabilities.

Training

Working in partnership with the FTA, we have provided interactive training videos for drivers and fleet operators. Examples include, walk around vehicle checks, safe loading of light and heavy good vehicles, driver’s hours and tachograph training. Users can download drivers’ notes and question and answer papers to further improve their knowledge and understanding of these key areas.

Customer Reports

In this section, we provide a suite of reports for users to download. We also give users the option to search the archive for older reports, should they need to. Depending on your requirements, report examples can include KPI reports, costing analysis and scheduled maintenance.
